I’m Dontavious Chesson, founder of ETX.

I build and support IT that stays steady when your day gets busy. I handle networks, WiFi, VoIP, security, backups, and Microsoft 365 and Entra. I keep systems documented so your team does not guess, and I keep communication simple so you always know what is happening.

Outside of ETX, I run True Essence Photography and I shoot weddings, engagements, portraits, headshots, and commercial work in Greenville, North Carolina. That creative work keeps me sharp on planning, timing, and details.

I’m Dontavious Chesson, founder of ETX, and I like building systems that do not create stress for your staff.

You will see me working across the whole stack. Networks, WiFi, VoIP, cameras, endpoint protection, backups, and Microsoft 365 and Entra. I also set up onboarding and offboarding so access stays clean and you are not chasing logins. I document changes, label things, and keep a clear support path so problems do not bounce around.

I bring a creative background too. I run True Essence Photography and I work as a photographer and cinematographer in Greenville, NC. I shoot weddings, engagements, portraits, headshots, and commercial projects. I also write and teach through my blog, so I stay used to explaining complex topics in plain language.

When you work with me, you get direct communication and fast action. If your WiFi drops during a meeting, if a phone system acts up, or if a new hire needs access today, I handle it and I close the loop.
